1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience high order volumes or unexpected delays, you will be notified by email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship within Canada, as well as to the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.
Estimated delivery times:
Canada
Standard: 3–9 business days
Express: 1–2 business days
United States
Standard: 5–10 business days
United Kingdom & Europe
Standard: 7–14 business days
Australia & New Zealand
Standard: 10–20 business days
Orders of $100 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing.
3. Packaging
Each order is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely:
- Upcycled Journals & Handmade Ornaments: Wrapped securely with protective materials and shipped in bubble mailers
- Art Prints, Greeting Cards & Flat Artwork: Shipped in high-strength, protective mailers
4. Tracking
Tracking is available on all packages except art print orders.
Once your order ships with tracking, you will receive an email including:
- A tracking number
- A link to monitor your shipment
Art print orders are shipped without tracking to help keep shipping costs low.
If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of shipment, please contact the carrier directly.
5. Art Print Shipping
To help keep shipping costs affordable, art prints are shipped without tracking.
If your order includes art prints alongside other items, your package will include tracking.
Please note that untracked shipments cannot be monitored once they have been sent. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out—I’m always happy to help.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages after they have been accepted by the carrier.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
- Use your tracking number when submitting your claim
We’re happy to assist by providing any necessary order or shipment details.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are unable to refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
